Safe domestic processing at HACCP-certified facilities, Individual vacuum packaging that is easy to store and easy to eat

Nara Seafood pay meticulous attention to every stage of the packaging process, ensuring that our fish products are packaged, preserved, and stored in accordance with the highest industry standards. Our goal is to deliver seafood to our customers while maintaining freshness, quality, and taste through meticulous sorting, inspection, vacuum packaging, metal detection, box packaging, and frozen storage.

Sorting by weight and initial inspection

In the packaging process, seafood products are initially categorized based on weight to maintain consistency in packaging. This stage involves categorizing the products into appropriate weight ranges based on packaging convenience and customer preferences. Nara Seafood measure the weight of the pure raw material before packaging. Furthermore, a primary inspection is conducted to ensure the quality, appearance, and integrity of the seafood products before proceeding to the next stage.

Sorting Genuine Items, Equipment, and Conducting Secondary Inspection and Handling Operations.

To maintain the highest level of quality, genuine packaging materials and equipment are selected for the packaging process. This ensures that fish products can be preserved and presented in a safe and appealing manner. A secondary inspection is conducted to reassess the product in case of any issues that may arise during the sorting process. Additionally, maintenance operations are performed on packaging machinery or equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Vacuum Packaging Process

The fish products are vacuum-sealed, creating a sealed packaging to serve as a protective barrier against moisture, oxygen, and contaminants. Vacuum packaging helps reduce the risk of spoilage, maintain freshness, and prevent freezer burn, thereby extending the shelf life of the product. This packaging method also aids in preserving the texture, flavor, and nutritional value of the fish products.

Metal detection operation

An important stage in the final packaging process is metal detection. Specialized metal detectors are used to ensure that there is no contamination from metals or foreign substances in the packaged fish products. This stage is crucial for ensuring product safety and preventing potential harm to consumers.

Boxing Process

After completing the vacuum packaging and metal detection stages, the fish products are carefully placed into suitable boxes or containers for storage and transportation. This stage involves precise handling and arrangement of packaged products to optimize space utilization, ensure product stability during handling, and facilitate efficient logistics.

Frozen Storage

After packaging and boxing, the seafood products are transferred to frozen storage facilities. These facilities are specially designed to maintain the frozen state of the products, typically keeping temperatures below -18 degrees Celsius (approximately -0.4 degrees Fahrenheit). Frozen storage ensures the long-term freshness, quality, and integrity of the fish products until they are ready for distribution and consumption.
